1.INTRODUCTION
Mishrima Engineering works Pvt. Ltd. Is Private Limited company having incorporated it on the
13 day of April, 2017 Pursuant to sub –section (1) of section 5 of the Companies Act, 2006. Works in providing engineering services for private and government offices for the Production increment, Mechanization, Commercialization, and Marketing of agriculture and livestock products; changes in agricultural practices to uplift the living standard of farmers and for the agriculture development inside the Province 1. Improving of crop production commercialization and competitiveness in agricultural practices aids in national, regional and competition of agriculture market.

 2.OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the company is to provide engineering services within Province no. 1 Engineering services include the design, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and reporting of high-tech technologies such as high-tech green houses, screen houses, agriculture market centers, godown structures, cold storage, agriculture machineries, agricultural product processing machineries, and other related works as needed.

3. SCOPE OF THE WORK
The Engineer shall provide high quality professional services for the proposed job. The scope of the work to be carried out by the consultant shall include but may not be limited to the following task:
a) Preparation of design, estimation, work schedule and work completion report of infrastructure construction works like agricultural farm building compound wall, green house , cold storage etcetera
b) Preparation and verification of specifications of Agricultural Machines, diary equipment’s, meat and meat processing slaughterhouse equipment’s, Tea producing machines, fish hatchery, livestock and poultry shed, Transport Vehicles etcetera as per the requirement instructions from an organization.
c) Prepare detailed engineering drawings for different components of the plan including architectural design buildings, layout plan of proposed buildings and layout of road alignment to the proposed site etc.

1. Terms of References (TOR) of Agricultural Engineer

Position: Agricultural Engineer
Duration: Kartik 2079 to Asar 2080
 Number of Position: Two
Duty Station: Biratnagar with frequent visit district of province no. 1
General scope of the position: Agricultural engineer is responsible for overall technical support for detail design, construction, supervision and quality control of the infrastructures including building, compound wall, green house, cold room, cold chamber, market shed, grain dryer, slaughter house and other tasks as per requirement of consulting organization. He/She shall ensure the quality of the constructed infrastructures are fully adequate and meet the requirements to attain the objective set out by the program. The agricultural engineers are expected to undertake site visits, follow up technically with the authorities to prepare a proper design and tender documents also.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detail technical specification and cost estimate of farm machineries, irrigation system equipment’s, Laboratory equipment’s to be procured by the Ministry and sub ordinate offices.
2. Assist Ministry and sub ordinate offices in planning, designing, estimating, monitoring and supervision of Custom Hiring Centre (CHC), Post-Harvest Centre (PHC), Rustic Store, Hightech greenhouse techniques, semi high tech and plastic tunnel system, Fish Hatchery tanks, Livestock and poultry Sheds, other agricultural products processing units machineries, Seed processing units, grain storage godown, organic fertilizer processing units and machineries, Vermicomposting, Laboratory establishment.
3.Monitor and evaluate the field activities relating to agriculture, livestock and fisheries, and submit progress report regularly
4. Use of ArcGIS System to make a map as required.
5.To assist in carrying out research and study in establishment of agricultural mechanizations, production, commercialized processing and storage center.
6. Attend and participate the project technical meetings, submit progress report and recommend for payment as per progress work.
7. Accomplish other tasks sunder the guidance of senior
8. To follow and practice code and conduct of Nepal Engineering Council Act 2055 strictly.
9. To provide quality, transparency, efficacy and sustainability of work and services.

Qualification, Experience and Competency:
➢ Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering with Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) registration,
➢ Sound knowledge in design drawings in Auto CAD format, Bill of Quantities in Excel and reports and specifications in Word;
➢ Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and facilitate the working of other team members;
➢ Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, both in English and Nepali and possess good report writing skills;
➢ Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving, well-organized and well oriented to details.
➢ Preferably with two wheel driving license.

➢ The monthly salary of the candidate’s will be NPR 43,000/ (Tax is deductible according to NoG)

He/She shall ensure the quality of the constructed infrastructures are fully adequate and meet the requirements to attain the objective set out by the program.
