 व्यवसायिक मत्स्य पालन


पोखरी निर्माणको लागि स्थलको छनौट र जग्गाको सर्भे भई सके पछि योजना स्थलको प्रकृति, निर्माण गरिने पोखरीको संख्या र साईज अनुसार निर्माण कार्य मेशिनले वा मानव श्रमको सहायताले गरिन्छ। पोखरी निर्माण गर्दा सबै भन्दा पहिले आयोजना स्थलको सर्भे र सरसफाई एवं नचाहिने वस्तुहरू हटाईन्छ। त्यसपछि पोखरीको क्षेत्रफल एंव खास गरि डिल, बर्म लाईन, प्रवेश र निकास द्वार आदिको मार्किङ्ग गरिन्छ। यस प्रकार विभिन्न चरणहरू योजनावद्ध तवरले पार गर्दै पोखरीको निर्माण गरिन्छ। मत्स्य पालनको लागि निर्माण गरिने पोखरी उदेश्य अनुसार सिफारिस गरिको मापदण्डमा भयो भने सापेक्षिक रूपमा सुरक्षित, व्यवस्थापन गर्न सजिलो र निर्माण लागत कम हुनुको साथै जलाशयको स्थायीत्वमा पनि वृद्धि हुन्छ। तसर्थ, पोखरी निर्माण गर्नु अगाडि नै निर्माण स्थलको विस्तृत अध्ययन एवं विश्लेषण गरी पोखरी निर्माण योजना तर्जुमा गर्नु अति आवश्यक हुन्छ। सामान्यतया पोखरीको निर्माण हाम्रो अवस्थामा जाडो महिना वा सुख्खा महिनामा गर्नु उपयुक्त हुन्छ ।


पोखरीको आकार र प्रकार

व्यावसायिक मत्स्य पालनको लागि पूर्व पश्चिम लम्बाई भएको आयाताकार पोखरी उत्तम मानिन्छ। यस्तो पोखरीको चौडाई कम र लम्बाई आवश्यकता अनुसार बढाईने हुदा व्यवस्थापन खर्च कम लाग्नुको साथै पोखरीमा घाम तुलनात्मकरूपमा लामो समय सम्म लाग्दछ जसले पोखरीको उत्पादकत्व बढाउछ। सामान्यतया ३० देखी ५० मीटर चौडाई भएको आयाताकार पोखरी मत्स्यपालनको लागि उत्तम मानिन्छ। पोखरीको साईज उद्देश्य अनुरूप फरक फरक हुन्छ। बहु-जातिय कार्प पालनमा विभिन्न उद्देश्यले तालिका नं. ३ अनुसार निम्न आकार प्रकारका पोखरीहरू निर्माण गरिन्छ ।

मत्स्यपालनको लागि पोखरीको वातावरण सन्तुलन कायम राखी बढी भन्दा बढी आम्दानी लिन पोखरीको संरचना निर्माण गर्दा बिविध पक्षहरुमा ध्यान दिनु पर्ने हुन्छ ।


ध्यान दिनुपर्ने पक्षहरु

  • पोखरीको डिलको सलामी (Slope) र बर्म लाईन तोकिएको मापदण्ड अनुसार हुनु पर्दछ ।

  • प्रत्येक पोखरीको प्रवेश र निकासद्वार अलग-अलग हुनु पर्दछ ताकि आवश्यक्तानुसार पानी भर्न र सुकाउन सकियोस् ।

  • पोखरीमा अनावश्यक वस्तु प्रवेश रोक्न प्रवेशद्धारमा र बाहिर जानाबाट रोक्न निकासद्धारमा जालीको व्यवस्था गर्नु पर्दछ ।

  • पानीको प्रवेश तथा निकासको निर्माण गर्दा गुरुत्वाकर्षण बलको प्रयोग बढी भन्दा बढी हुने खालको बनाउनु पर्छ ।

  • पोखरीको पीध करिब २-५ प्रतिशत ढल्किएको हुनुपर्दछ ।

पोखरीको डिल

पोखरीको यो भाग निकै महत्वपूर्ण भाग हो जसले पोखरीमा पानी भण्डारण गर्न सहयोग पुऱ्याउंदछ। डिलको सबै भन्दा माथिल्लो भागलाई क्राउन भनिन्छ। सामान्यतया क्राउनको चौडाई २-३ मीटरको हुनुपर्दछ। त्यस्तै पोखरीको डिलको बिचको भागबाट क्राउन देखी पानीको पिंधको आधार सम्मको एक तह करिब १ मीटर चौडाई र १ मीटर गहिराई हुने गरि जग (कोर ट्रेन्च) खनि चिम्ट्याईलो माटोले खादेर निर्माण गरेमा डिल मजबुत हुनुको साथै डिलबाट पानी चुहावट समेत हुदैन । डिलको बाहिरी स्लोप करिब १:१.५ र भित्रि स्लोप १:२ हुने गरि बनाउनु पर्दछ । यसले डिललाई मजबुती प्रदान गर्दछ ।


पानीको प्रवेश र निकासद्वार


पानीको नियमीत आपूर्तिको लागि प्रत्येक पोखरीमा प्रवेश र निकासद्धारको निर्माण हुनु आवश्यक हुन्छ । पोखरीको एक कुनामा प्रवेशद्धारको निर्माण गर्न सकिन्छ र निकासद्धार पोखरीको सवै भन्दा तल्लो पीधको भागको साईडमा गर्नु पर्छ। पानीको प्रवेश र निकासद्धारमा जालीको व्यवस्था मिलाउनु पर्दछ ।


इमरजेन्सी स्पीलवे


पोखरीमा यो संरचनाको निर्माण भएको हुनुपर्दछ। ईमरजेन्सी स्पीलवे ले बढी भएको पानी बाहिर निकाल्न सहयोग गर्दछ। यसको निर्माण पोखरीमा कायम गरिने पानीको माथिल्लो तहको लेभलमा गरिन्छ ताकी त्यो लेभल भन्दा बढी पानी एक्कासी पोखरीमा भएको अवस्थामा आफै बाहिर निस्कि पोखरीको डील र माछा बग्नबाट सुरक्षित गर्दछ ।


मत्स्य पालनको लागि पानीको गुणस्तर ब्यवस्थापन

माछा जलचर पानीमा बस्ने प्राणी भएकोले यिनीहरूको दैनिक क्रियाकलापमा पानीको गुणस्तरको महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रहन्छ। केहि गुणस्तरहरूमा आएको अस्वाभाविक परिवर्तनले गर्दा उक्त जलाशयमा रहेका जलिय जिवहरू सखाप हुन सक्दछन् । अतः माछा एक जलिय प्राणी भएकोले व्यवसायिक उत्पादनको लागि जलिय वातावरणको अध्ययन तथा जांच निकै महत्वपुर्ण हुन्छ। पानीको गुणस्तरलाई तिन भागमा विभाजन गरिएको छ। माछाको बृद्धि विकास संग प्रत्यक्ष सरोकार राख्ने गुणहरू यसप्रकार रहेका छन् ।


  • भौतिक गुणः सूर्यको प्रकाश, तापक्रम, पानीको रंग/मलिलोपना, पानीको गहिराई 

  • रसायनिक गुण : घुलित अक्सिजन, पि.एच., कार्वनडाईअक्साईड, क्षारियपना, कठोरता

  • जैविक गुण : सुक्ष्म वनस्पतीजन्य पदार्थ र सुक्ष्म प्राणीजन्य पदार्थ


माछा उत्पादनकर्ताको मुख्य ध्यान पानीको रसायनिक र जैविक गुणमा सुधार ल्याउने हुनु पर्दछ भने भौतिक गुण जग्गा छनौट, पोखरीको आकार निर्माण तथा बाह्य प्राकृतिक वातावरणमा बढी भर पर्दछ ।


माछा पालनको लिखित लेखाजोखा राख्ने

मत्स्य पालनमा गरिएका गति विधिहरूको जस्तै माछा भुरा, दाना मलखाद खरिद तथा ढुवानी खर्च, ज्यामी खर्च आदीको प्रष्ट लिखित रूपमा विवरण राखेको खण्डमा निम्न कुराहरू थाहा पाउन सकिन्छ ।

  • माछा पालनमा वार्षिक कति लगानी गर्नु पर्छ तथा एक किलो माछा उत्पादन गर्न कति खर्च पर्दछ, सोहि अनुसार माछाको विकी दर कायम गर्न सजिलो हुन्छ ।

  • भुरा, दाना, मलखाद आदीका कति कति खर्च पर्दो रहेछ।

  • दाना तथा मलखाध प्रयोग गरे अनुसारको माछाको बृद्धि भएको छ छैन ।

  • माछा पालनबाट वार्षिक कति फाईदा वा वेफाईदा भयो ।

  • यदि कुनै किसिमको त्रुटि भएको छ भने आउने वर्षमा के कसरी सुधार गरी बढी फाईदा गर्न सकिन्छ ।


आर्थिक विश्लेषण

मत्स्य पालन अन्य परम्परागत खेती प्रणाली भन्दा निकै फाइदाजनक छ। हुनत पोखरी निर्माण गर्दा ठूलो रकम पुंजीगत खर्चको रूपमा लाग्ने गर्दछ तर यान्त्रीकरणको मद्दतले (एक्साभेटर, डोजर, ट्याक्टर, आदि) निर्माण खर्च समेत निकै कम हुन गएको छ। व्यवसायिक मत्स्य पालनमा हुने आम्दानी खर्चको लेखा जोखा निम्नानुसार गरिएको छ।
